Embora certos limites tenham sido levantados, os munic\u00edpios podem controlar as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de aluguer transit\u00f3rio dentro das suas fronteiras. Estes desenvolvimentos s\u00e3o not\u00e1veis para os propriet\u00e1rios em Portugal que pensam em, ou j\u00e1 gerem, empresas de aluguer de curta dura\u00e7\u00e3o.  <\/p><h3>Revers\u00e3o das restri\u00e7\u00f5es do Mais Habita\u00e7\u00e3o (Novembro de 2024)<\/h3><p>Os limites do pacote Mais Habita\u00e7\u00e3o sobre as licen\u00e7as de Alojamento Local foram revertidos a partir de novembro de 2024, devolvendo assim \u00e0s autarquias o poder de decis\u00e3o. Esta modifica\u00e7\u00e3o confere \u00e0s autoridades municipais o poder de autorizar regras administrativas relativas \u00e0s opera\u00e7\u00f5es de Alojamento Local dentro das suas fronteiras. Entre os ajustes importantes est\u00e3o:  <\/p><ul><li>Os munic\u00edpios t\u00eam o poder de suspender novos registos de Alojamento Local em algumas regi\u00f5es por um per\u00edodo m\u00e1ximo de um ano, dependendo das circunst\u00e2ncias e da procura locais.<\/li><li>As licen\u00e7as de Alojamento Local para instala\u00e7\u00f5es que estiveram inativas sem documenta\u00e7\u00e3o de atividade ser\u00e3o consideradas expiradas.<\/li><li>Revoga\u00e7\u00e3o da disposi\u00e7\u00e3o de intransferibilidade, que antes limitava a movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de licen\u00e7as de Alojamento Local entre propriet\u00e1rios.<\/li><li>A disposi\u00e7\u00e3o que permitia a revis\u00e3o dos registos de Alojamento Local a cada cinco anos foi removida, conferindo assim mais consist\u00eancia \u00e0s propriedades licenciadas.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8093af0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8093af0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Altera\u00e7\u00f5es para edif\u00edcios e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o anteriores a 1951<\/h3><p>Foram feitas altera\u00e7\u00f5es legislativas adicionais para apoiar o crescimento ecologicamente correto de neg\u00f3cios instalados em edif\u00edcios anteriores a 1951.
